    Luca Salvatore - COO

    Former Director for SIM advisory at BIP and previously at Accenture, Luca brings a strong consulting background in financial services, strategy, and large-scale transformation programs.

    At NativeStrategy, he lead strategy, marketing, and innovation initiatives for clients ranging from fast-growing startups to established corporates. In his role as Director, he also mentors teams, supports open-innovation programs, and coordinates a functional vertical that aligns offering, sales, and delivery across the organisation.

    Luca’s expertise spans new business development, corporate innovation, and customer relationship management, with a proven ability to translate emerging trends into actionable and profitable business strategies. His work focuses on fostering innovation, enabling growth, and building value-driven solutions in rapidly evolving markets.

  • Agostino D'Agostino

    Agostino D'Agostino - CTO

    With a degree in Information Science and a specialisation in Knowledge Models (AI), Agostino has built a solid career in enterprise environments, supporting the design and implementation of complex on-premise and cloud architectures. He began as an IT Architect, progressed through Project Management, and ultimately took on the role of Head of IT & TLC, leading large-scale technology and infrastructure functions.

    Since 2019, Agostino has developed a strong interest in Blockchain technology, exploring its use in financial applications and as a decentralised, immutable public ledger. He has been involved in the launch of new blockchain projects and in the tokenisation of both tangible and intangible assets, combining IT governance, cybersecurity awareness, and advanced emerging-tech insight.

    CFO (joining January 2026)

    Our incoming CFO will join GREN in January, bringing senior experience gained across major international banking and insurance groups in Italy, the UK, and Ireland. His background spans corporate finance, risk management, actuarial oversight, capital optimisation, and governance within highly regulated, large-scale organisations.

    He has worked on multi-billion portfolios, supported strategic investment decisions, and contributed to strengthening financial, risk, and regulatory frameworks in global institutions. This international perspective — combined with a solid technical foundation in actuarial science and financial innovation — will support GREN’s expansion with a disciplined, scalable, institution-grade approach.

    His role will reinforce GREN’s governance structure and contribute to the company’s long-term strategic development.

  • Ettore Lindoro Patriarca

    Ettore Patriarca - CMO

    With a solid background in the telecommunications and technology sector, Ettore Patriarca has held senior roles in some of the world’s most prominent tech groups.

    Before joining Gren, he served as Marketing Director for Huawei Consumer and later for Huawei Enterprise starting in 2018, overseeing the brand’s launch and rapid expansion in the Italian market, contributing to its ascent as one of the market leaders.

    Recognised for his strong expertise in the mobile industry, strengthened by previous roles at Ericsson and Sony Ericsson, he also gained cross-sector experience in Food & Beverage and Automotive with leading companies such as Peugeot Motocycles and Coca-Cola.

  • Alfredo Grasso

    Alfredo Grasso - CDO

    With over 15 years of experience in B2B commercial development across technology, media, and fintech, Alfredo has built an international career spanning Switzerland, Malta, and Italy. His background includes senior roles such as Senior Partnership Manager at The Space Cinema and prior experience at Intesa Sanpaolo, shaping his expertise in complex partnership ecosystems and high-impact commercial strategies.

    Alfredo defines and leads go-to-market strategies, builds and scales acquisition and development channels, and manages sales networks and strategic partnerships with a growth-oriented mindset. His work is strongly connected to product evolution: he collaborates closely with product teams, translating market feedback into platform improvements and the development of new features aligned with customer needs.

    Marco Romani - CSO

    Former CMO at OMS and KPMG, Marco is a marketer driven by innovation, human-centered communication, and measurable business impact. His approach combines analytical discipline with a strong focus on empathy and relationships, reflecting a belief that effective marketing is built not only on numbers, but on understanding people.

    Marco has developed solid experience in marketing management and business operations, working alongside leading professionals across multiple companies and contributing to tangible, revenue-generating results. His work spans strategic planning, brand development, growth-oriented campaigns, and performance-focused execution.
